LET'S EAT FISH


Made a Seafood Chowder for Cynthia's Annual Christmas Party. Same recipe as the fish chowder but with Shark, Scallops and Oysters.

While in Tampa Florida,  we had the good fortune to taste Mark's extremely delicious and addictive grouper nuggets. He spear fished for the Grouper himself! The domestic species caught off the coast of Florida is white and lean with a mild sweet flavor.
