Perch Tacos!

Introduction
Who doesn't like fish tacos? Ensenada, Mexico is said to be the birth place of the fish taco.  Having fish tacos just makes me feel like I am on vacation or at least at happy hour..
I used fresh caught perch of this recipe but any white fish would work.

Ingredients
fish!
soft taco shells
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon cumin
salt/ pepper
radishes (thinly sliced)
scallions (thinly sliced)
jalapenos or green chillies (thinly sliced)
 lemon
olive oil
cilantro or parsely

Instructions
Fist I like to prepare the salsa verde. Blend a handful or cilantro or parsely with the juice of one lemon and a 1/4 cup of olive oil along with 2 tablespoons of water and salt and pepper.

Mix cayenne, cumin, salt and pepper into the floor and add water until its a pancake batter consistency.Envelope those eager perch fillets with the seasoned batter! Pan fry
Mix together the scallions, radishes, jalapenos, salt, pepper and the juice of 1/2 a lemon
Heat up the soft tacos and assemble the radish salad, with the fish and salsa verde on top. I usually have it with a dollop of sour cream. Tastes delicious with Genessee cream ale :)
