Smoked Trout Dip


INTRODUCTION

So what happens when you move to the burbs, buy a smoker and your husband brings home copious amount of fresh fish? You make fish dip of course. I am proud to say though, that this was a Brown caught on a Centerpin by yours truly. 

SHOPPING LIST
1 lb filet of smoked trout
4oz Philadelphia cream cheese
6-8 oz Sour Cream depending on how you like the consistency
1 teaspoon Worcestershire
1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
1 lemon
1 scallion finely chopped
Fresh ground pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon tobasco, 4 drops if you don't like heat at all. I used the Halal Guys hot sauce (fire emoji)

Grab a drink while spouse smokes fish. Ask spouse to watch dog while smoking fish. 

Add all ingredients to softened cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Delicious on endives or crackers topped trout or salmon caviar.
